Floating Restorative Yoga

Join Laura for a 90 minute Floating Restorative Yoga class – Saturday, January 25th at 5:00PM. For this class the aerial hammock is lower to the ground with access to the floor for support as well as all of the traditional props of restorative yoga- the addition of the hammock allows students to experience the weightlessness of aerial yoga.
